HSBC Holdings plc has announced changes to its Board Committees effective from October 1, 2024. Eileen Murray will join the Group Risk Committee, while Geraldine Buckingham will now serve on the Group Audit Committee, and Kalpana Morparia will become a member of the Group Remuneration Committee. These strategic changes aim to enhance the governance and oversight functions within the company.
