HRnetGroup Ltd. has announced the establishment of two new subsidiaries, AllwaysHRnet (Shanghai) Limited with a 60% interest and HRnet Technologies Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned entity. These strategic expansions, executed in the first half of 2024, aim to bolster the company’s presence and capabilities in the HR sector. The company confirms that these transactions do not involve interested person transactions and are independent of the directors and controlling shareholders’ interests, aside from their roles and shareholdings within HRnetGroup.
