H&R Real Estate Investment Trust reported a stable second quarter in 2024 with an overall portfolio occupancy rate of 96.9%. The company experienced a slight decrease in net operating income by 5.3% due to significant property sales, but saw an increase in Funds From Operations per unit from the previous year’s quarter. Additionally, the Trust maintained strong liquidity with $943 million available as of June 30, 2024.
