Howden Joinery Group PLC has announced the awarding of free shares to executive directors and key managerial personnel under the company’s Share Incentive Plan (SIP), with each named individual receiving 26 shares. These awards come without performance conditions and will vest after three years, provided the recipients remain employed with the company. The transaction took place outside of a trading venue with no cost associated with the acquisition of these shares.
