Hour Glass Ltd. successfully held its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Hilton Singapore Orchard, with a quorum present and the meeting chaired by Executive Chairman Dr. Henry Tay. All resolutions were passed by electronic poll, a system detailed in a video demonstration, with CitadelCorp Services Pte. Ltd. overseeing the voting as scrutineer.
