Hotel Properties Limited has enhanced its leadership structure with the appointment of Mr. Rahul Goswamy as a non-executive independent director, effective 21 May 2024. This strategic addition prompts updates to the Board and various committees, underlining HPL’s commitment to robust governance and diverse expertise. Goswamy will also serve as chairman of the Audit Committee and be part of the Remuneration and Nominating Committees.
