Hostelworld Group PLC has announced that Non-Executive Director Ulrik Bengtsson has acquired 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of £1.58 each, totaling a transaction value of £79,000. The purchase, which took place on the London Stock Exchange on May 13, 2024, was disclosed in compliance with market abuse regulations in the UK and Ireland.
