Hornby plc, an international manufacturer of models and collectibles, has announced a significant corporate move by appointing Panmure Liberum Limited as its new Nominated Adviser and Broker. This change follows the all-share merger of Liberum Capital Limited and Panmure Gordon Group Limited and is effective immediately.
