Horizonte Minerals PLC, a mining firm listed on AIM/TSX, has entered administration with Chad Griffin and Geoff Rowley of FRP Advisory taking charge to explore recovery options for creditors. The company’s shares have been suspended from trading, and after the resignation of Peel Hunt LLP as Nominated Adviser, there’s no intent to seek a replacement, which may lead to the cancellation of their trading on AIM if not resolved within a month.
