Horisont Energi Seeks New Partners for Polaris Project

Horisont Energi AS (DE:9GJ) has released an update.

Horisont Energi is exploring new partnership opportunities and strategic options for the Polaris CO2 storage project, following ORLEN Upstream Norway’s withdrawal from the licence. The company is engaged in discussions with the Ministry of Energy and potential new partners to advance the project, which is a key component of the Barents Blue clean ammonia initiative. Horisont Energi is also reviewing its overall project portfolio, including carbon transport and storage, in light of the evolving carbon storage landscape in the North Sea.
