Horisont Energi Seeks Extension for CO2 Project

Horisont Energi AS and PGNiG Upstream Norway, partners in the Barents Sea Polaris carbon storage licence, are seeking an extension from the Norwegian Ministry of Energy for a crucial planning milestone. The Polaris license is integral to the Barents Blue project and aims to provide safe, long-term CO2 sequestration, fostering a green industry in northern Norway. Horisont Energi specializes in clean energy and carbon transport and storage services, contributing to a low carbon economy since 2019.
