Hong Lai Huat Group Limited announces the appointment of Mr. Ng Kian Guan as Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective from 20 May 2024. Mr. Ng will also serve on the Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee, marking a significant change in the company’s board and committee structures.
