Hong Lai Huat Group Limited, a Singapore-listed company, has announced a significant step in its business restructuring with the near-unanimous shareholder approval for the sale of two subsidiaries, HLHI (Cambodia) Company Ltd. and HLH Agriculture (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., for a total consideration of USD 37.5 million. The disposals are set to strengthen the Group’s balance sheet and support its transition to focus solely on real estate and property development in Cambodia.
