Key decisions included the approval of the audited financial statements, declaration of a final dividend, re-election of board directors, re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as Auditor, and renewal of the general mandates for share buy-backs and issuance. Each resolution received a majority vote in favor, with the least supported still attaining a substantial 78.455135% votes for.
