Hon Kwok Land Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions

Hon Kwok Land Investment Co., Ltd. (HK:0160) has released an update.

In the latest annual general meeting, Hon Kwok Land Investment Co., Ltd. announced that all resolutions were passed with overwhelming majority, including the approval of financial statements, the declaration of a final dividend, re-election of board members, and granting general mandates for the issuance and buyback of shares. Notably, the mandates allow for dealing with up to 20% of additional shares and buying back up to 10% of the company’s total issued shares.
