Hon Kwok Land Investment Co., Ltd. has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM), which is scheduled for August 30, 2024, at the Artyzen Club in Hong Kong. Shareholders are to receive the company’s audited financial statements, consider the declaration of a final dividend for the fiscal year, re-elect directors, and re-appoint auditors. The AGM will also address the granting of broad authority to directors to issue new shares and deal with securities, capped at 20% of the company’s issued share capital.
