Ltd has reported the disposal of financial products by two of its subsidiaries, FUTAIHUA INDUSTRIAL (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD and HONGFUJIN PRECISION ELECTRONICS(ZHENGZHOU) CO., LTD, with transactions amounting to RMB 238,311,196.07 and RMB 79,437,065.35 respectively. The disposals have generated profits of RMB 13,311,196.07 and RMB 4,437,065.35, and were conducted with GUANGDONG FINANCE TRUST CO., LTD with no related party involvement or restrictive rights affected. These strategic moves are part of the company’s investment activities aimed at securing non-guaranteed floating income.
