Homeland Resources (HMLA) has shared an update.
On May 20, 2024, Himalaya Technologies partnered with Inov8 Agency, Inc. to boost their Web3, cryptocurrency, and energy drink initiatives, along with maintaining their OTC Pink Current status. Inov8 will manage social media through Everest Networks, launch The EVEREST Token, and increase distribution of the FOMO energy drink, receiving $30,000 monthly plus stock for their services. Additionally, Ryan Nguyen has been appointed as the new CEO and Director, while Vikram Grover steps down but remains CFO during the transition. Details on these strategic moves were released in a press statement on May 23, 2024.
