HomeCo Daily Needs REIT announced a quarterly fund payment of 2.075 cents per unit, set to be distributed on May 22, 2024, following their commitment to be an attribution managed investment trust for the fiscal year. The REIT specializes in convenience-based assets across various sectors and is a key player in Australia with assets worth approximately $4.7 billion. Australian resident unitholders are advised to expect the full distribution details in the AMMA Statement to be issued in September 2024.
