Home REIT Takes Control of 68 Properties

Home REIT PLC (GB:HOME) has released an update.

Home REIT PLC has successfully negotiated the surrender of leases for 68 properties from a non-performing tenant, Mansit Housing CIC, representing about 4% of its portfolio. The company will now handle direct rent collection from private renters, thereby enhancing rent collection and providing more asset management options. Property Managers will be appointed to oversee these properties and manage day-to-day rent collection.
