Home REIT PLC has successfully exchanged 152 properties at recent auctions, generating £26.8 million, which will contribute to repaying their £72 million loan from Scottish Widows by the end of the year. Since August 2023, the company has sold and exchanged properties worth a total of £243.3 million, aligning with recent valuations.
