Hollysys Automation Technologies has announced the appointment of Vocation HK CPA Limited as its new independent auditor, following the resignation of Union Power HK CPA due to health issues with their managing partner. The company is also progressing towards finalizing a merger with a buyer group led by Ascendent Capital Partners. Hollysys, a prominent automation control systems provider in China, continues to reinforce its market presence by delivering integrated solutions for industrial and rail transportation automation.
