Ltd. has announced the disposal of a significant portion of its shares held by shareholder Holly Su Industrial, due to a financial loan contract dispute and a transfer of property share. The transactions resulted in a decrease of Holly Su Industrial’s holdings from approximately 12.52% to 10.70% of the company’s total issued share capital. Additionally, a further potential change in shareholding is on the horizon due to judicial compulsory enforcement.
