Holly Futures Co. Ltd. has announced the completion of a proposed intra-group reorganisation that will not change the ultimate control of the company, which remains with the Jiangsu Government. The reorganisation involves the transfer of the entire issued share capital of Zhong Shan to SOHO Holdings at no cost, following a waiver granted by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. The company has also declared the closure of the offer period as of May 21, 2024.
