Hock Lian Seng Holdings Limited successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 24, 2024, chaired by Dr Ong Seh Hong. Shareholders were introduced to the Board and Chief Financial Officer and addressed any pre-submitted questions, including those from the Securities Investors Association (Singapore). The primary agenda was the adoption of the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2023, which was proposed by Ms. Gina Seah and seconded by Ms. Audrey Chong.
