Home Consortium Ltd (AU:HMC) has released an update.
HMC Capital Limited has disclosed a change in the director Gregory Hayes’ interest in the company, reporting the acquisition of 4,616 fully paid ordinary shares at $6.50 each by the trustee Grasmere Custodians No 2 Pty Ltd for the Hayes Family S/F No 2 A/C. Following the transaction, the indirect holdings in HMC’s shares under Hayes’ interest have increased to 81,998, with no disposals reported.
