Director Susan Roberts of HMC Capital Limited has increased her direct shareholding in the company by acquiring an additional 4,616 fully paid ordinary shares at $6.50 each, bringing her total to 62,773 shares, as per the latest director’s interest notice. The shares were obtained through the company’s share purchase plan offer, with no securities disposed of in the process. The transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior written clearance.
