Home Consortium Ltd (AU:HMC) has released an update.
HMC Capital Limited has announced the successful completion of its oversubscribed share purchase plan (SPP), raising $58.3 million after receiving strong shareholder support. The SPP, initially set at $30 million, was expanded to accommodate the high demand, with the funds earmarked for the acquisition of Payton Capital Ltd, repayment of debt, and transaction-related expenses. New shares will begin trading on the ASX on June 26, 2024, following the company’s recent $100 million institutional placement.
