HitIQ Limited, a concussion management technology firm, has secured a $1.6 million convertible note from major shareholder Harmil Angel Investments to fund the commercialization of their platform. This investment will bolster production, marketing, and global commercialization efforts, while also providing general working capital. Additionally, the company has appointed corporate advisory firm Henslow and former Cricket Australia Chair Earl Eddings to enhance its commercial strategy and unlock the value of its intellectual property.
