Hitachi, Ltd. has announced the repurchase of 1,310,200 shares of its common stock, totaling 21,899,120,472 yen, between June 1 and June 30, 2024. This buyback is part of a larger plan approved on April 26, 2024, which allows for the repurchase of up to 105 million shares, representing 2.27% of outstanding shares, with an aggregate amount of up to 200 billion yen by March 31, 2025.
