Hisense Home Appliances Group Co. has announced that two of its subsidiaries have subscribed to wealth management products from Bairui Trust, involving a total investment of approximately RMB 2.45 billion. This move, which utilizes the company’s idle funds, is part of a larger strategy approved by the company’s directors and shareholders to invest up to RMB 19 billion in low-to-medium risk financial instruments. The aggregate investments have triggered disclosure requirements due to exceeding certain threshold percentages under the Listing Rules.
