Hisense Home Appliances Group Co. is set for a change in its board of directors as Mr. Xu Guo Jun has been nominated to replace Mr. Cheung Sai Kit as an independent non-executive Director, pending shareholder approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting. The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Cheung’s contributions and confirmed his amicable departure. Mr. Xu, with a notable background in finance and academia, will receive an annual remuneration of RMB180,000 if his appointment is confirmed.
