Hisense Home Appliances Group Co., Ltd. successfully conducted its third extraordinary general meeting for 2024, with a significant 51.76% of its total share capital represented by shareholders in attendance. A resolution to elect Mr. Xu Guo Jun as an independent non-executive director was overwhelmingly approved, with 99.95% votes in favor. The meeting followed all procedural requirements and the results were verified by ShineWing Certified Public Accountants.
