The determined Scrip Reference Share Price of 1,184p is based on the average closing middle market quotations on the London Stock Exchange over a five-day period. This option comes as an alternative to shareholders who made their elections by the September 2 deadline, with the Pound Sterling equivalent of the dividend being 10.05p per share.
