Hiscox Ltd has announced that as of June 28, 2024, the company’s issued share capital consists of 348,709,826 Ordinary Shares, with 7,523,190 shares held in treasury and not carrying voting rights. Consequently, the total number of voting rights in the company amounts to 341,186,636, a figure important for shareholders in regards to notification of interest changes under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
