Hiscox (GB:HSX) has released an update.
Hiscox Ltd has reported the successful acquisition and subsequent cancellation of 43,741 of its own ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The shares were bought through Citigroup Global Markets Limited with individual share prices ranging from 1,145 to 1,161 GBp, amounting to a volume-weighted average price of 1,152.78 GBp.
