Hiscox (GB:HSX) has released an update.
Hiscox Ltd has recently executed the second tranche of its share buyback program, purchasing 43,004 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,112 to 1,128 GBp, with an average price of 1,118.18 GBp. These shares are to be subsequently cancelled, as part of the company’s strategy to reduce share capital. This transaction was facilitated through Citigroup Global Markets Limited.
