Hiscox Ltd has recently reiterated their share buyback transaction to ensure market transparency, purchasing 1,018 ordinary shares at prices ranging between 1,246.00 GBp and 1,255.00 GBp per share. Following the buyback, these shares are set to be cancelled, as part of the second tranche of the company’s ongoing share buyback programme.
