Hing Yip Holdings Limited has announced a delay in the despatch of their circular regarding the equity interest acquisition in Canton Greengold Financial Leasing Ltd., originally scheduled for 25 June 2024. The postponement, granted by the Stock Exchange, is due to the need for more time to finalize certain information, including accountant’s reports. The new deadline for the circular’s release is now set on or before 13 September 2024.
