Hims & Hers Health, Inc. has expanded their Board of Directors from eight to nine members, welcoming Kåre Schultz as the new director. Schultz, who is 63, will serve on the Board until the 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. Recognized for his independence according to the New York Stock Exchange guidelines, he has yet to be assigned to any specific committees. Schultz will receive compensation as per the company’s established guidelines and has signed the standard indemnification agreement, with no disclosed personal or business conflicts of interest.
