Hilton Food Group plc successfully passed all resolutions during their Annual General Meeting with overwhelming shareholder support, with most resolutions receiving over 95% approval. The results included the re-election of directors, appointment of auditors, and approval of the Directors’ Remuneration report. Additionally, special resolutions such as the disapplication of pre-emption rights and authorization for the company to purchase its own shares were approved.
