Hills Bancorporation has announced the appointment of Lisa Shileny as the new President and CEO, set to take the helm on January 1, 2025. Shileny, who is currently the President and COO, will succeed Dwight Seegmiller, who is transitioning to an advisory role until his retirement in April 2025. Seegmiller will continue to serve on the Board of Directors for the duration of his term. The company publicly released this information in a press release the day following the internal appointment.
