Hidili Industry International Development Limited has appointed Mr. Xian as the new executive director and chairman of the Board, and Ms. Qiao as a non-executive director, effective from 12 September 2024. Mr. Xian, with a background in management and academia, is the younger brother of the company’s late founder and holds significant shares, while Ms. Qiao, his late brother’s spouse, brings administrative experience from her tenure at U-Excel Education Singapore. Both appointments are for an initial term of three years, with remuneration set in accordance with industry standards.
