HICL Infra Co Shs GBP (GB:HICL) has released an update.

HICL Infrastructure PLC has completed the purchase of 225,000 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 118.3287 pence per share, as part of its share buyback program. Following this transaction, the company holds over 21.9 million shares in treasury, while the total voting rights remain unchanged at slightly over 2 billion shares. This move is aimed at managing share allocation and enhancing shareholder value.
