HICL Infrastructure PLC has successfully purchased 350,000 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 123.1486 pence per share as part of its share buyback programme, with shares to be held in treasury. This move leaves the company with 1,600,000 treasury shares and a total of 2,029,888,061 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
