Hi-View Resources Inc. has successfully completed the final portion of its private placement, raising $16,500 through the sale of 750,000 units priced at $0.022 each. Each unit includes a common share and a warrant, with the warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.05 until June 2026. The funds raised are earmarked for exploration activities, property payments, and general working capital.
