PointsBet Holdings Ltd. (AU:PBH) has released an update.

HG Vora Capital Management has reduced its economic interest in PointsBet Holdings Ltd. from an undisclosed number to now 5.13%, represented by 17,015,171 shares, through a series of transactions involving a cash-settled swap. The swap does not confer any control over voting or disposal of the shares to HG Vora. This change occurred between August 22 and August 26, 2024, without any material changes to previously disclosed information or creation of associated long or short positions.
