Haralson has been appointed as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Hertz Corporation and Hertz Global Holdings, Inc., set to take on his role by the end of June 2024. Coming from a strong financial background with previous executive roles at Spirit Airlines, Dish Network, and Frontier Airlines, Haralson brings robust experience to Hertz. His compensation includes a $750,000 annual salary, a potential annual bonus equal to his salary, long-term incentives worth $2,500,000 starting in 2025, and additional sign-on and relocation benefits. This strategic executive move aims to strengthen Hertz’s financial leadership as the company continues to navigate the complexities of the global market.
