Heritage Mining Ltd. has successfully completed the first part of its non-brokered private placement, raising over $593,000 by issuing units and flow-through units to fund its exploration and drilling activities at the Drayton-Black Lake Project. The company also paid cash commissions and issued compensation options as part of the transaction. The funds will also support general working capital needs and all securities issued are subject to a four-month statutory hold.
