With over thirty years of experience in the banking industry, Sa’s expertise encompasses a range of areas including operations, risk management, and information technology. His prior role was President, COO, and CFO at California BanCorp, and he’s expected to significantly contribute to Heritage’s mission of becoming the community business bank of choice and driving profitable growth amidst a challenging economic landscape.
